Limitation of Operations. The Contractor will abide by all rules, laws, ordinances and statutes of the Federal Government as well as that of the State and County having jurisdiction pertaining to the handling, storage and application of herbicides. The Contractor at his/her expense will replace plants, grass and trees damaged by the improper use of herbicides. Replacement will be of the same size and type of those damaged.
Limitation of Operations. When the work requires the Contractor to conduct his/her operations within an AIR OPERATIONS AREA of the Airport, the Contractor shall control his/her operations and the operations of his/her subcontractors and all suppliers so as to provide for the free and unobstructed movement of aircraft in the AIR OPERATIONS AREAS of the airport. When the work requires the contractor to conduct his/her operations within an AIR OPERATIONS AREA of the airport, the work shall be coordinated with airport management (through the Engineer) at least 48 hours prior to commencement of such work. The Contractor shall not close an AIR OPERATIONS AREA until so authorized by the Engineer and until the necessary temporary marking and associated lighting is in place as provided in the subsection titled BARRICADES, WARNING SIGNS, AND HAZARD MARKINGS of Section 70. When the contract work requires the Contractor to work within an AIR OPERATIONS AREA of the airport on an intermittent basis (intermittent opening and closing of the AIR OPERATIONS AREA), the Contractor shall maintain constant communications as hereinafter specified; immediately obey all instructions to vacate the AIR OPERATIONS AREA; immediately obey all instructions to resume work in such AIR OPERATIONS AREA. Failure to maintain the specified communications or to obey instructions shall be cause for suspension of the Contractor's operations in the AIR OPERATIONS AREA until the satisfactory conditions are provided. The AIR OPERATIONS AREA (AOA) cannot be closed to operating aircraft to permit the Contractor's operations on a continuous basis and will therefore be closed to aircraft operations intermittently as described in the special conditions, or on the plans.
Limitation of Operations. It is further understood and agreed that the Contractor shall provide for the uninterrupted operation of visual and electronic signals (including power supplies thereto) used in the guidance of aircraft while operating to, from, and upon the airport as specified in Section 70, paragraph 70-15, Contractor’s Responsibility for Utility Service and Facilities of Others.
Limitation of Operations. The XXXX Contractor shall conduct the Work in such manner and sequence to assure the least interference with traffic. The XXXX Contractor shall have due regard to the location of detours, lane closure restrictions and provisions for handling traffic. The XXXX Contractor shall not begin new Work to the prejudice of Work already started. CPRA’s Project Manager may require the XXXX Contractor to finish a section on which Work is in progress before starting on additional sections if the finishing of such Section is essential to public convenience and safety.
Limitation of Operations. The Contractor shall remove or control debris and rubbish resulting from its work operations at frequent intervals, and upon the order of the RPR. If the RPR determines the existence of Contractor debris in the work site represents a hazard to airport operations and the Contractor is unable to respond in a prompt and reasonable manner, the RPR reserves the right to assign the task of debris removal to a third party and recover the resulting costs as a liquidated damage against the Contractor.
Limitation of Operations. The Contractor shall control their operations and the operations of their subcontractors and all suppliers to provide for the free and unobstructed movement of aircraft in the air operations areas (AOA) of the airport. 80-04.1 Operational safety on airport during construction. All Contractors’ operations shall be conducted in accordance with the approved project Construction Safety and Phasing Plan (CSPP) and the Safety Plan Compliance Document (SPCD) and the provisions set forth within the current version of AC 150/5370-2, Operational Safety on Airports During Construction. The CSPP included within the contract documents conveys minimum requirements for operational safety on the airport during construction activities. The Contractor shall prepare and submit a SPCD that details how it proposes to comply with the requirements presented within the CSPP.
Limitation of Operations. The Contractor shall conduct The Work at all times in such a manner and in such sequence as will assure the least interference with traffic and shall provide for smooth and safe traffic flow. It shall be the decision of the Engineer as to what will assure the least interference with traffic and smooth, safe traffic flow. Also, the Engineer may require the Contractor to finish a section on which work is in progress before work is started on any additional sections if the opening of such section is essential to public convenience.

The CMR shall control his/her operations and the operations of his/her Subcontractors and all Suppliers so as to provide for the free and unobstructed movement of aircraft in the Air Operations Areas (AOAs) of the Airport. When the Work requires the CMR to conduct his/her operations within an AOA of the Airport, the Work shall be coordinated with Airport operations (through the Design Professional) at least 48 hours prior to commencement of such Work. The CMR shall not close an AOA until so authorized by the Design Professional and until the necessary temporary marking and associated Lighting is in place as provided in the subsection titled BARRICADES, WARNING SIGNS, AND HAZARD MARKINGS of Section 70. When the Contract Work requires the CMR to work within an AOA of the Airport on an intermittent basis (intermittent opening and closing of the AOA), the CMR shall maintain constant communications as hereinafter specified; immediately obey all instructions to vacate the AOA; immediately obey all instructions to resume work in such AOA. Failure to maintain the specified communications or to obey instructions shall be cause for suspension of the CMR’s operations in the AOA until the satisfactory conditions are provided. Certain areas of the AOA cannot be closed to operating aircraft to permit the CMR’s operations on a continuous basis and will therefore be closed to aircraft operations intermittently as indicated in the Contract Documents. CMR shall be required to conform to safety standards contained in AC 150/5370-2, Operational Safety on Airports During Construction and Special Provisions provided in the Specifications.
Limitation of Operations. The Contractor shall comply with all Contract provisions and shall: • Conduct the Work at all times so as to cause the least interference with traffic, and • Not begin Work that may allow damage to Work already started.

Replacements will be of the same size and type and originally planted quality of those damaged.
