Common use of Multiple Classifications Clause in Contracts

Multiple Classifications. Notwithstanding any/all contrary provisions of this Agreement, when an Employee works in multiple classifications and/or on multiple pieces of equipment during any one (1) shift such Employee shall be paid for actual hours worked within each classification and/or on each piece of equipment. The Parties agree that actual hours worked shall be calculated to the nearest full hour.
