Multiple Managers. If at any time AVGF shall have two or more Managers, the authority to act on behalf of AVGF, any management fee, and the Promoted Interest shall be allocated among such Managers in such manner as such Managers shall determine among themselves without requiring the consent of the Members.
Multiple Managers. If there is more than one Manager, the following provisions will be interpreted in conjunction with the preceding subsections of this Section 6 and will supersede such provisions in the event of conflict.
Multiple Managers. If more than one Manager is appointed under the terms of this Operating Agreement, then each Manager may act independently and with full authority unless a conflict arises among the Managers. In the event of any conflict among such Managers, then each Manager will be entitled to an equal vote on the matter and a majority of votes will be required to resolve such conflict.
