Municipal Permits. The Owner agrees that the City may withhold building permits and occupancy permits with respect to any building or other structure from time to time constructed or proposed to be constructed on the Lands, as the City may, in its sole discretion, consider necessary to ensure compliance with this Agreement.
Municipal Permits. Participant shall strictly comply with the permit deadline requirements described in this Contract. Parade lots shall be secured by “Vacant Land Offers to Purchase” on a first‐come, first‐served basis. The MBA reserves the right to decline or prohibit any home or accessory which is not keeping with the character of the general Parade regulation, at the MBA Executive Director’s sole and exclusive discretion. MBA shall have the right to require Participant to make alterations or corrections to Participant’s Parade model if the MBA believes, in its sole and absolute discretion that the interior and/or exterior presentation of the Parade model detracts from the Parade or reflects poorly on the MBA or the construction industry. In such event, the MBA shall, in writing, request Participant to make alterations and/or corrections to the Parade model. If Participant fails to timely make such requested alterations or corrections, then the MBA shall make such corrections and alterations on behalf of Participant and the costs incurred by the MBA in making such alterations and corrections shall be the responsibility of Participant and shall be paid in full by the Participant upon billing.
Municipal Permits. Producer's use of the Released Space is contingent on all applicable municipal permits being processed. Should problems arise pursuant to Producer's failure to conform to municipal codes, Owner shall not be held liable or be subject to damages for performance of or failure to perform this Agreement. All fees due and payable by Producer under this Agreement are non-refundable.
Municipal Permits. The Developer shall apply for all required building permits, certificates of occupancy, street openings and other permits required for the construction and operation of the Project.

Municipal Permits. If a Participating Municipality requires haulers to register or obtain a permit to haul, all Permittees that will collect waste from and/or deliver waste to such Participating Municipality shall be required to register with such Participating Municipality. Each Participating Municipality may establish its own permit, registration, and/or inspection requirements, which must be followed by the Permittees collecting waste from and/or delivering waste to such Participating Municipality in addition to these procedures.
