MUTUAL AID RESPONSE. Procedures for mutual aid response shall be in accordance with California Fire Service and Rescue Emergency Mutual Aid Plan.
MUTUAL AID RESPONSE. A. DFW Airport:
1. Calls for assistance during "working" structure fires shall be given on an "as needed basis" by DFW Airport and shall include one engine, ▇▇▇▇▇, or truck staffed with a minimum of 3 firefighters. All such responses are subject to availability of personnel and equipment.
2. Calls for assistance with specialized ARFF truck with foam capabilities subject to availability of personnel and equipment.
B. Euless:
1. Calls for assistance during "working" structure fires shall be given on an "as needed basis", yet shall not exceed a normal one- alarm assignment by the Euless Fire Department. All such responses are subject to availability of personnel and equipment.

1. Calls for assistance during "working" structure fires shall be given on an "as needed basis", yet shall not exceed a normal one- alarm assignment as described by the Fort Worth Fire Department. All such responses are subject to availability of personnel and equipment.
MUTUAL AID RESPONSE. “Mutual aid” may include any area within the jurisdiction of the requesting department (e.g. city limits) and may include responding to fire, EMS, and other types of emergencies.
MUTUAL AID RESPONSE. Acadian agrees to respond to mutual aid 911 calls within the Benbrook FD’s jurisdiction when requested, provided Acadian has adequate resources available and such response does not jeopardize its contractual or legal obligations elsewhere.
MUTUAL AID RESPONSE. When contacted by the Fire Dispatch Center under this Agreement, each contacted party shall respond as requested with apparatus, personnel, and other mutual aid resources. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement shall not obligate any party to dispatch apparatus, personnel, or other mutual aid resources in response to a request under this Agreement, if in the judgement of the Fire Chief or his/her designee receiving the request, such dispatch would impose a serious impairment to the fire defense and fire protection system of that jurisdiction. The Fire Chief of a jurisdiction sending aid, or his/her designee, may, in the event of an extreme emergency in that jurisdiction, return any or all of that agency’s resources to their own jurisdiction.
