Mutual Support and Cooperation. (a) MXX agrees that she will take all steps reasonably necessary:
(i) to designate key individuals to perform her obligations hereunder;
(ii) to conduct periodic meetings of all such key individuals and others as necessary;
(iii) to fully cooperate with all reasonable requests for assistance; and
(iv) to take such further steps and execute such further documents as may be reasonably necessary.
(b) MXX will make diligent efforts through respective key individuals to identify the causes of any problems in the Services and to make adjustments, in an equitable fashion, in order to address and resolve such problems, including the substitution or modification of the Services and the corresponding compensation therefor.
Mutual Support and Cooperation. A. PLL and PICA both agree that they will take all steps reasonably necessary, at its own expense: i. To designate key individuals to perform its obligations hereunder; ii. To fully cooperate with all reasonable requests for assistance; iii. For PICA to supply all the necessary information to PLL and for PLL to process this information in the manner that the NAIT organisation requires;
B. The parties will make diligent efforts through their respective key individuals to identify the causes of any problems in the Information Providing Services and to make adjustments , in equitable fashion, in order to address and resolve such problems.

i. To designate key individuals to perform its obligations hereunder.

iv. To take such further steps and execute such further documents as maybe reasonably necessary.

(iv) to take such further steps and execute such further documents as may be reasonably necessary.

Mutual Support and Cooperation. Client agrees to: (1) allow BJC reasonable and timely access to appropriate Client personnel to facilitate the provision of legal services by BJC; (2) to use commercially reasonable efforts to provide BJC with all information and documents in the possession of Client or any entities or persons affiliated with Client reasonably required in connection with the enforcement of the Patent Rights; (3) cooperate with BJC in the prosecution of any Lawsuit; (4) appear on reasonable notice, and at BJC’s expense, any and all depositionsandcourtappearancesatwhich yourattendanceisreasonablyrequiredorordered;(5) complywithallreasonablerequestsofBJCinconnectionwiththepreparationandpresentationof any Lawsuit; (6) provide on-going technical and administrative assistance, including the preparation of Rule 11 charts and infringement contentions, review of documents and analysis of invalidity contentions. BJC agrees to make reasonable efforts to keep Client informed as to the status of all Lawsuits. The Parties agree to execute such other documents as might be reasonably necessary or appropriate to consummate and implement the terms of thisAgreement.

(iv) to take such further steps and execute such further documents as may be reasonably necessary.

Mutual Support and Cooperation. The Parties commit to supporting one another in fulfilling their responsibilities and achieving the objectives of the MoU. This includes sharing relevant information, resources, and expertise, as well as providing feedback and assistance when needed.
