Objectives of the MOU. The objective of this Memorandum of Understanding is:
a. To promote training & skill development for all participants between AGI and THR.

Now, Therefore in consideration of the mutual promises made herein and of good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which both BELL termed as INDUSTRY and Princeton College of Pharmacy in Hyderabad termed as AGI here in and of good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which both BELL and Princeton College of Pharmacy in Hyderabad hereby agree to sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU).

Objectives may include: • establishing a cooperative working relationship between the parties in order to facilitate collaboration; • facilitating the sharing of information between the parties to enable the effective case management of key customers; and • defining respective roles and responsibilities of the participating agencies, and collaborating organisations.
Objectives of the MOU. This MoU has been entered into by the Participants as a result of the recommendations set down in the ERGA establishment documents to create a Memorandum of Understanding to assist in the implementation of the Revised AVMS Directive. In this context, this MoU has the following non-exhaustive list of key objectives for the Participants:
1.2.1. To strengthen cooperation between NRAs in order to achieve a consistent and effective implementation of the Revised AVMS Directive;
1.2.2. To set out a framework to permit collaboration and information exchange between the Participants as NRAs in order to resolve practical issues arising from the implementation of the Revised AVMS Directive in a consistent manner and to enable the exchange of experience and best practice on the application of the regulatory framework for audiovisual media services;
1.2.3. To establish the basis upon which Participants as NRAs will collaborate with each other and set out the Participants’ objectives, the principles of cooperation that will apply between the Participants and the matters in respect of which such cooperation will apply;
1.2.4. To seek to address the challenges relating to the cross-border enforcement of certain provisions of the Revised AVMS Directive and, in particular, to seek to address situations for which the Revised AVMS Directive does not provide formal guidance about how the NRAs concerned are expected to cooperate with respect to enforcement;
1.2.5. To help to address particular challenges arising from the Enforcement of the Revised AVMS Directive in an online context;
1.2.6. To demonstrate that the NRAs as members of ERGA are committed to their objectives as set out in the Revised AVMS Directive with importance being placed on the shared objective of facilitating information sharing to achieve the proper and consistent implementation of the Revised AVMS Directive;
1.2.7. To set out specifically and clearly the scope and the parameters in which there will be co-operation and to set out the agreed procedure for facilitating information exchange and common courses of action between the Participants as NRAs; and
1.2.8. To set out specifically and clearly how the MoU will be administered in terms of reports, reviews, mediation, and related matters.
Objectives of the MOU. This MoU sets out the general framework of cooperation and networking between the Partners, with the objectives of designing specific arrangements for the recognition of Learning Outcomes (LO) of learners for each specific mobility period (including specification of training content: Mobility Units (MU), placements abroad, mobility projects) and preparing a Learning Agreement (involving two or more partners and the mobile learners).

Objectives of the MOU. 1.1 The overall objectives of the potential collaboration between the Parties under this MoU are: The Parties wish to promote joint clinical research and development activities of mutual interest and benefit in the area(s) of prioritization of antibiotics to be developed as evidence-based treatment options for patients with serious bacterial infections including multi-drug-resistant (MDR) infections. This could include the design, conduct and interpretation of clinical trials to provide evidence for the optimal and appropriate use of new and existing treatment regimens for serious bacterial infections that address both Parties objectives related to addressing the burden of bacterial infections and AMR.
1.2 Potential areas of collaboration envisaged include activities relating to: The Parties intend to collaboratively pursue the following research activities of mutual interest: ▪ Addressing key c l in i cal research questions in the prevention and treatment of priority serious bacterial infections impacted by AMR, ▪ Collaborate in generating clinical data and public health evidence for antibiotic treatments, including within the GARDP portfolio, in Korea and contribute to the study including high burden LMIC countries where appropriate. Initial areas of focus will include clinical trials to address the impact of multi-drug resistant serious bacterial infections and provide options to delay the emergence of further resistance, ▪ Clinical trial design, conduct, statistical analysis, quality management, safety and pharmacovigilance activities for regulatory and public health trials, ▪ Generation of supporting clinical scientific and epidemiological and evidence to both support prioritising of interventions and design and conduct of clinical trials, ▪ Sharing knowledge and approaches to support translation of clinical research evidence tosupport country level registration and guideline incorporation, ▪ Training opportunities to further develop clinical trial designs for antibiotics, and their conduct and analysis, expertise in clinical epidemiology and clinical microbiology, ▪ Development of site capability to support network capacity both in Korea and where appropriate in other countries collaborating on studies with GARDP and NIID ▪ Build on existing GARDP-Korea collaborations to address mutually shared infectious disease related global health objectives.
Objectives of the MOU. 3.1 The Parties agree to the following objectives: • Jointly explore ways to effectively and efficiently develop the Project; • Share information in the interests of the Project; • Work together to enable the concept design procurement to progress; and • Attend meetings and collaboration activities to facilitate development of the Project.
3.2 The Parties will work together to identify any agreements that may be required in order to promote or execute the Project. The Parties may discuss and agree which Party or Parties are best placed to enter into such agreements and how the Parties may work together to support any agreements.
3.3 The Parties will work closely to ensure that any costs accrued by each party in relation to the Project will be minimised through collaborative working and sharing of appropriate information.
