Client Personnel Sample Clauses

Client PersonnelClient shall designate appropriate Client personnel for training in the use of the Fiserv System, shall supply Fiserv with reasonable access to Client's site during normal business hours for Conversion Services and shall cooperate with Fiserv personnel in their performance of Services, including Conversion Services.
Client PersonnelClient shall be solely responsible for the performance of its (and its subsidiaries’ and affiliates’) personnel and agents.
Client Personnel. 2.4.1 The Client will allocate suitable personnel with appropriate levels of experience and seniority to work with the Agency. The Agency acknowledges and agrees that it may be necessary for the Client to replace the personnel working with the Agency with alternative personnel with similar levels of seniority and experience.
Client PersonnelClient shall be responsible for the acts or omissions and for the services and functions performed by Client or Client Personnel.
Client PersonnelClient will be responsible for providing Hovione with reasonable access to knowledgeable Client personnel for consultation regarding Client Background Know-How, Confidential Information of Client, Client-Supplied Materials and the Services.
Client Personnel. Client personnel must comply with all hosting facility regulations concerning conduct, electronic devices, entry, and security. Failure of Client personnel to gain and/or qualify for access to a secure government facility does not relieve Client of any financial obligation contained herein. Clients are allowed two representatives per exhibit space. Additional representatives may be allowed at an extra fee.
Client Personnel. Client may utilize its employees for purposes of receiving and using the Services (“Client’s Personnel”). Client shall be responsible to FIS for all actions, errors and omissions of Client’s Personnel in all matters relating in any way to this Agreement. Client shall be responsible to FIS for any breach of this Agreement caused by any of Client’s Personnel to the same extent as caused by Client. Client will provide access to Client Personnel having applicable knowledge or subject-matter expertise as requested by FIS from time to time.
Client Personnel. Client's employees and agents (including its independent contractors) (collectively, "Client Personnel") may participate in the production of each Product in those capacities approved in writing in advance by BSCP. Client Personnel working at the Facility shall be and remain employees of Client, which shall be solely responsible for (i) the payment of their compensation (including applicable Federal, state and local withholding, FICA and other payroll taxes, workers' compensation insurance, health insurance, and other similar statutory and fringe benefits) and (ii) the payment of any and all expenses, costs, claims and losses (including, but not limited to attorneys' fees and related expenses) in connection with injuries suffered by Client Personnel while at the Facility or elsewhere (such expenses, costs, claims, losses, attorneys' fees and related expenses being hereinafter collectively called, "Injury Expenses"). Client covenants and agrees, with respect to Client Personnel working at the Facility, to maintain workers' compensation benefits and employers' liability insurance as required by applicable Federal and Maryland laws.
Client PersonnelTo the extent that Client’s personnel are to work with SNOVASYS or its personnel in connection with the Services, Client must assign Client personnel having skills commensurate with their role with respect to such engagement. To the extent that Client’s failure to assign such personnel materially interferes with SNOVASYS'S ability to perform the Services, then SNOVASYS shall be excused from performance of the applicable Services and the parties shall negotiate in good faith a reasonable and equitable adjustment to the Fees (as defined below) and the scope of the Services.
Client PersonnelClient shall make available to Cayenta those of its personnel, as set forth on and described in greater detail in the Statement of Work, which may be changed from time-to-time. Client shall appoint a qualified project manager ("Project Manager") who shall serve as Client's primary liaison to Cayenta throughout the course of the Professional Services. The Project Manager shall be authorized by Client to answer all questions posed by Cayenta and convey all decisions made by Client during the course of the Professional Services and Cayenta shall be entitled to rely on such information as conveyed by the Project Manager. Client's appointed Project Manager is set forth in the Statement of Work. The parties will resolve any personnel-related issues in good faith.
