Names, Addresses and Telephone Numbers. The Employer will supply the Union an up to date list of the names, addresses and listed telephone numbers of all bargaining unit employees each six (6) months. The Employer will forward the name, address and listed telephone number of every new employee to the Union office within fifteen (15) days of hire and the name of every employee who has ceased employment with the Employer within five (5) working days of date of termination, as well as address changes for any current employee.
