Common use of Names and Addresses of Union Representatives Clause in Contracts

Names and Addresses of Union Representatives. The Union shall endeavour to inform the City in writing as to the names and addresses of its officers, negotiating committee members, shop stewards and any other persons who are authorized representatives of the Union in matters which are appropriate under the provisions of this Agreement. The Union shall also endeavour to inform the City in writing of any changes to such list of names.
