The employer shall provide coveralls as required. 4.1.4 On major Mainline Pipeline jobs, as determined at the Pre-job Conference, Specialty Principal Operators will receive seventy-five cents ($0.75) per hour above the regular Principal Operator - Group I rate or Certified Journeyman rate as applicable. Specialty Principal Operator means any person employed as heavy duty mechanic, equipment repair welder, helicopter pilot or to operate equipment as follows: Boom tractors on setting-in, bending and cradling clean and wrap machines; Bending machines; Cleaning, doping and wrapping machines; Lubrication and Service Units; Stringing boom tractors; Cable operated clams, draglines and mormon boards; and all live draw works boom tractors.
