On major Mainline Pipeline jobs, as determined at the Conference, Specialty Principal Operators will receive twenty-five cents ($0.25) per hour above the regular Principal Operator Group I rate. Specialty Principal Operator means any person employed as heavy duty mechanic, equipment repair welder, helicopter pilot or to operate equipment as follows: Boom tractors on setting-in, bending and cradling clean and wrap machines; Bending machines; Cleaning, doping and wrapping machines; Lubrication and Service Units; Stringing boom tractors; Cable operated clams, draglines and boards.
