NATIONAL COLLECTIVE BARGAINING FUND. 5.5.1 The Employer shall deduct from each employee covered by this Agreement further working dues in the amount of twenty cents ($0.20) for each hour of work performed. The amount deducted shall be remitted monthly as per Article 3.6 to the Local Union to be remitted to the National Collective Bargaining Fund. 6.1 WAGE RATES AND CLASSIFICATIONS: 6.1.1 The classifications and hourly wage rates applicable thereto shall be as follows: New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Island & Newfoundland and Labrador May 1 2018 May 1 2019 May 1 2020 May 1 2021 May 1 2022 Apprentice Operator 34.81 35.36 35.93 36.62 37.33 Intermediate Operator 42.45 43.13 43.81 44.65 45.49 Principal Operator – Group 2 47.05 47.79 48.55 49.46 50.40 Principal Operator – Group 1 48.45 49.21 49.98 50.92 51.88 Certified Journeyman (Mechanic/Utility Welder) 50.11 51.43 52.78 54.16 55.57 Operating Engineers working on hot work shall be paid $1.00 per hour above their regular rate of pay each day they are engaged in such work. 6.1.2 The hourly wage rates for the Job Xxxxxxx shall be fifty cents ($0.50) per hour above the regular rate for his classification.
