National Criminal History Record Check. (a) It is a condition of employment that employees, contractors and volunteers, who have, or are reasonably likely to have access to care recipients undergo a National Criminal History Record Check, commonly known as a Police Check on commencement of employment and at any other time as directed by the employer. (b) The employer will pay the cost of renewal of Police Checks for employees required to undergo such checks.
