National Work Experience Program Placements Sample Clauses

National Work Experience Program Placements must not have the effect of displacing or replacing paid workers or reducing the amount of paid work available to workers; must only be provided, brokered or purchased by the Provider if the Provider is satisfied that, for each National Work Experience Program Placement, there is a likelihood that the relevant Participant will obtain paid employment with the relevant Activity Host Organisation following the National Work Experience Program Placement, and the Provider has made an assessment of the likely length of that employment; and must meet the requirements set out in any Guidelines.
