Nationally Funded Centres and Supra LHD Services. Nationally Funded Centres and Supra LHD Services are set out in Schedule D, Part B Districts and Networks are part of a referral network with the other relevant Services. The LHD must ensure the continued effective operation of these networks, especially the following:  Critical Care Tertiary Referral Networks and Transfer of Care (Adults) - (PD2010_021)  Interfacility Transfer Process for Adult Patients Requiring Specialist Care - (PD2011_031)  Critical Care Tertiary Referral Networks (Paediatrics) - (PD2010_030)  Critical Care Tertiary Referral Networks (Perinatal) - (PD2010_069)  NSW Burn Transfer Guidelines - (IB2014_071)  NSW Acute Spinal Cord Injury Referral Network - (PD2010_021)  NSW Trauma Services Networks (Adults and Paediatrics) - (PD2010_021)  Children and Adolescents - Inter-Facility Transfers –(PD2010_031) Roles and responsibiliites for Mental Health Intensive Care Units (MHICU), including standardisation of referral and clinical handover procedures and pathways, the role of the primary referral centre in securing a MHICU bed, and the standardisation of escalation processes will be a key focus for NSW Health in 2016/17. The LHD is to ensure continued provision of access by other Districts and Networks as set out in Schedule D Part B. The LHD is also to ensure continued provision of access by other Districts and Networks, as set out in the table below. The respective responsibilities should be incorporated in formal service agreements between the parties. When respiratory services are provided in your home, as part of a home care program, durable medical equipment, supplies, and oxygen are covered as a durable medical equipment service.

The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • International Olympic Committee; International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement As instructed from time to time by ICANN, the names (including their IDN variants, where applicable) relating to the International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement listed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/reserved shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at the second level within the TLD. Registry Operator may self-­‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.

  • Secondary Systems The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each cooperate with the other in the inspection, maintenance, and testing of control or power circuits that operate below 600 volts, AC or DC, including, but not limited to, any hardware, control or protective devices, cables, conductors, electric raceways, secondary equipment panels, transducers, batteries, chargers, and voltage and current transformers that directly affect the operation of Developer or Connecting Transmission Owner’s facilities and equipment which may reasonably be expected to impact the other Party. The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each provide advance notice to the other Party, and to NYISO, before undertaking any work on such circuits, especially on electrical circuits involving circuit breaker trip and close contacts, current transformers, or potential transformers.

  • Clinical Management for Behavioral Health Services (CMBHS) System 1. request access to CMBHS via the CMBHS Helpline at (000) 000-0000. 2. use the CMBHS time frames specified by System Agency. 3. use System Agency-specified functionality of the CMBHS in its entirety. 4. submit all bills and reports to System Agency through the CMBHS, unless otherwise instructed.

  • REGULATORY ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following regulatory administration services for each Fund and Series:  Assist the Fund in responding to SEC examination requests by providing requested documents in the possession of BNY Mellon that are on the SEC examination request list and by making employees responsible for providing services available to regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the performance of such services as may be required or reasonably requested by such regulatory authorities;  Assist with and/or coordinate such other filings, notices and regulatory matters and other due diligence requests or requests for proposal on such terms and conditions as BNY Mellon and the applicable Fund on behalf of itself and its Series may mutually agree upon in writing from time to time; and
