Transfer Guidelines. The Manager shall use reasonable best efforts to be eligible for the 100-partner private placement safe harbor (within the meaning of Regulations Section 1.7704-1(h), and shall have the discretion to establish reasonable transfer guidelines in order to comply with any of the safe harbor provisions of Regulations Section 1.7704-1, as it reasonably determines to be necessary based on the advice of counsel.
Transfer Guidelines. Whenever possible, members of the SEIU will be notified of changes in their assignments before their assignment begins. Employees who do not receive notification of assignment change should report to their previous assignments.
Transfer Guidelines. 1) School-based members of the Classified Units will be notified of changes in their assignments by the first week of August each year, whenever possible. Employees who do not receive notification of a change in assignment should report to their most recent assignments.
Transfer Guidelines. A. The Sheriff’s Department reserves the right to transfer employees in accordance with the needs of the Department and in accordance with this Section.
B. The provisions of this Section do not limit in any way the Sheriff’s Department right to transfer employees for reasons of performance, department efficiency or other operational needs.
C. This Section is applicable to all employees in bargaining units represented by the Deputy Sheriffs Association and employed in the Sheriff’s Department.
D. No employee shall be transferred without reason.
E. For purposes of this Section, a transfer is considered reassignment intended to be of long term duration between or within units, bureaus or divisions.
F. Employees will be given fourteen days notice of transfer except as provided in this Section.
G. The fourteen days notice shall not be required in case of emergency or exigent circumstances.
H. The fourteen days notice requirement may be waived by the employee.
I. The fourteen days notice requirement shall not apply to regularly scheduled shift rotations or normal movement.
J. The application of this Section shall not be subject to the Grievance Procedure.
K. Consideration may be given, where appropriate and in the discretion of the Sheriff, to voluntary assignment requests and seniority of the employee.
L. The Deputy Sheriffs Association my request the County meet and confer over proposed revisions to this Section on matters within the scope of representation providing, however, any such request shall not be made sooner than six months after the effective date of this provision.
Transfer Guidelines. Graduates of Pellissippi State must follow the transfer guidelines of the University of Tennessee Knoxville
Transfer Guidelines. The parties agree the Traincrew Transfer Guidelines 2009 apply. These guidelines include a ratio of 80% direct recruitment and 20% eligible driver transfers in any one year. The parties agree the Guidelines will only be changed by agreement.

Transfer Guidelines. Every referral will be accompanied by necessary supporting documentation. The transfer checklist can be used as an aide memoire (See Appendix 2).A copy of the referral will be retained by the referrer and the responsibility of care will only pass from the referrer once the referral has been accepted. Best Practise will include telephone liaison with the receiving OT to discuss the case. This guidance does not alter or amend any organisations duties under health and social care legislation including the Care Act 2014, the National Health Service Act 2006 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005. All organisations will continue to comply with their respective duties in accordance with relevant regulations and statutory guidance including the Care and Support Statutory guidance and the NHS Standing Rules Regulations. All OTs should understand the legislative frameworks in which they operate and be able to explain these and facilitate transfers to an alternative OTs where appropriate and necessary. Existing internal guidance and standard operating procedures will continue to apply and any conflicts between this guidance and other existing guidance should be brought to the attention of senior managers as a matter of urgency. Responsibility for communicating need lies with the referring OT. Children returning from an out of area admission will be referred to the Children’s/Young People’s OT service to determine assessment of need. Elective out-of-area surgical service users who require community equipment only, will be referred to the most appropriate local hospital OT for provision/prescription. Where a service user requires further assessment/intervention following a private hospital discharge this responsibility will lie with community rehabilitation services. It is the responsibility of the OT receiving the information to signpost the person to the appropriate community team.
