Common use of Negotiating Team Authority Clause in Contracts

Negotiating Team Authority. Neither party shall have control over the selection of the negotiating representatives of the other party. The parties mutually pledge that their representative shall be clothed with all necessary power and authority to make proposals, make counter proposals, tentatively approve provisions in the course of negotiations and recommend to their respective parties the total agreement as reached by the negotiating representatives.
