NEGOTIATIONS WITH EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS/SUPPLIERS. 15.8.1 This dimension is associated with relations with external customers and suppliers, and the degree to which the employee needs to negotiate on behalf of the School. When assessing the level, consideration should be given to the regularity, the importance of the negotiation to the School in terms of risk, and the degree of power or authority of the person or organisation being negotiated with. In relation to negotiation risk, factors to consider are reputation or image, financial consequences, legal consequences, and duty of care to employees and students.

  • CONTACT WITH END USERS 50.1 Each Party at all times shall be the primary contact and account control for all interactions with its End Users, unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties. End Users include active subscribers as well as those for whom Service Order installations are pending.

  • Suppliers While employed by the Company, and for one (1) year thereafter, Employee shall not cause or induce, or attempt to cause or induce, any person or firm supplying goods, services or credit to the Company or any of its affiliates to diminish or cease furnishing such goods, services or credit.
