Net Metering Service a. As of the In-Service Date, you must take service from the Standard Net Metering Service and its associated terms ("NEM Service") provided by your Utility. You agree that you will continue to take NEM Service for as long as this Agreement is in effect. You agree to take the NEM Service currently in effect for this Utility or, in the event that the NEM Service is no longer in effect, you agree to use a substitute metering program as chosen by Sunrun in its sole discretion. b. You agree to execute all documentation associated with the NEM Service, or any substitute metering service, and any refund, credit, or rebate program promptly at the request of Sunrun, its representatives or affiliates, and/or the Utility. If you do not return such documentation within seven (7) days following any such request, Sunrun may invoice you for an amount equal to the amount of rebates it otherwise would have received had you returned such documentation. c. The point where the Solar System connects to the Home's connection to your Utility is called “Interconnection.” For the purposes of calculating performance guarantee payments, if any, under Section D, you agree that title to and risk of loss for the electric energy provided under this Agreement shall pass from Sunrun to you when the electric energy reaches Interconnection. You further agree that electrical energy provided under this Agreement is measured at the time when electrical energy reaches Interconnection.

Net Metering Service. Net Metering service is provided by PGE to Applicant pursuant to the Tariff, Rules and Oregon Revised Statute 757.300. Applicant hereby agrees to take Net Metering service from PGE in accordance therewith.

Net Metering Service a. As of the In-Service Date, you must agree to and participate in your Utility’s standard net energy metering (or, net metering) service and its associated terms ("NEM Service"). Net metering allows you to sell back to your Utility any electricity your System produces that you do not use. You agree that you will continue to utilize NEM Service for as long as this Agreement is in effect. You agree to utilize your Utility’s current NEM Service and, if such NEM Service ceases, you agree to use a substitute metering program as chosen by Momentum in its sole discretion. b. You agree to promptly execute, at the request of Momentum, or its representatives or affiliates, or of your Utility all documentation associated with the NEM Service or any substitute metering service, and any refund, credit, or rebate program. You must provide Momentum with such documentation within seven (7) days following any request; should the requested documentation not be provided within seven (7) days, Momentum may invoice you for an amount equal to the amount of rebates it otherwise would have received had you timely provided the requested documentation. c. The location at which the Solar System connects to the Home's Utility connection is the point of “Interconnection.” You agree that title to, and risk of loss for, the electric energy provided under this Agreement shall pass from Momentum to you when the electric energy reaches Interconnection. You further agree that electrical energy provided under this Agreement is measured at the time when electrical energy reaches Interconnection.
Net Metering Service. Net metering service is provided by BLEC to applicant pursuant to the Oregon Revised Statute 757.300. Applicant hereby agrees to take Net Metering service from BLEC in accordance therewith.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct.

  • Ordering Services a) By submitting an Order to Megaport: 1. Customer warrants that the information Customer provides to Megaport in an Order is true and correct and that Megaport may rely upon it; and 2. Customer is making a binding offer to acquire the Services described in the Order on the terms set out in this Agreement, which Megaport may accept at its discretion. An agreement to supply a Service is formed on the date Megaport provisions that Service and charges apply from the Billing Commencement Date.

  • Interconnection Customer (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: None (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5. 1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

  • Offering Services The Manager shall manage and supervise: (i) the development of any offering of Shares that is qualified or registered with the Commission (an “Offering”), including the Company’s initial Offering pursuant to Regulation A, including the determination of the specific terms of the securities to be offered by the Company, preparation of all offering and related documents, and obtaining all required regulatory approvals of such documents; (ii) the preparation and approval of all marketing materials to be used by the Company or others relating to an Offering; (iii) the negotiation and coordination of the receipt, collection, processing, and acceptance of subscription agreements, commissions, and other administrative support functions; (iv) the creation and implementation of various technology and electronic communications related to an Offering; and (v) all other services related to an Offering.

  • Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles.   • Service Area (a) SORACOM shall provide the SORACOM Air Global Service within the area designated on the web site of SORACOM (the “Service Area”), provided, that, the Service Area may be different if stated otherwise as specified by SORACOM separately. However, within the Service Area, you may not use the SORACOM Air Global Service in places where transmissions are difficult to send or receive. (b) The parties of this Agreement acknowledge that there may be countries or locations within which SORACOM may be restricted from providing the SORACOM Air Global Service due to applicable laws, regulations, decisions, rules or orders (“Restrictions”). During the Term, SORACOM will use reasonable efforts to monitor whether there are any such Restrictions. SORACOM may in its sole discretion and at any time, suspend, discontinue, limit, or modify the SORACOM Air Global Service or impose additional requirements on the provision of the SORACOM Air Global Service, as may be reasonably required to comply with any such Restrictions. (c) In no event will SORACOM be required to provide the SORACOM Air Global Service in countries or locations, or in a manner that would be in violation of the Restrictions and its failure to provide the SORACOM Air Global Service due to the Restrictions will not be deemed to be a breach of its obligations under this Agreement. (d) In the event that any Restriction, or any change in applicable law, regulation, decision, rule or order materially or adversely affects the delivery of the SORACOM Air Global Service (including the economic viability thereof), SORACOM will notify Subscribers in writing and the parties will negotiate in good faith regarding changes to this Agreement. If the parties cannot reach agreement within 30 days after notification from SORACOM requesting renegotiation, SORACOM may terminate the Agreement upon 30 days’ written notice to the Subscriber.

  • Scope of Interconnection Service 1.3.1 The NYISO will provide Energy Resource Interconnection Service and Capacity Resource Interconnection Service to Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection. 1.3.2 This Agreement does not constitute an agreement to purchase or deliver the Interconnection Customer’s power. The purchase or delivery of power and other services that the Interconnection Customer may require will be covered under separate agreements, if any, or applicable provisions of NYISO’s or Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariffs. The Interconnection Customer will be responsible for separately making all necessary arrangements (including scheduling) for delivery of electricity in accordance with the applicable provisions of the ISO OATT and Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff. The execution of this Agreement does not constitute a request for, nor agreement to, provide Energy, any Ancillary Services or Installed Capacity under the NYISO Services Tariff or any Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff. If Interconnection Customer wishes to supply or purchase Energy, Installed Capacity or Ancillary Services, then Interconnection Customer will make application to do so in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff or Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff.
