Network Circuits. All circuits as per Appendix 10.2 are in scope for the services provided.

Network Circuits. Based upon Customer's written instructions, INFLOW will take the following actions to install Customer network circuits: (1) Provide data cable connections from the Customer Cabinets to the ingress point within the Data Center of_____________________________ ("Customer's Designated Carrier(s)"); (2) Submit network circuit order to Customer's Designated Carrier(s); (3) Confirm Customer's Designated Carrier's order number and scheduled installation date; (4) Coordinate circuit installation by Customer's Designated Carrier; (5) Confirm circuit operation by end-to-end or other testing procedures as may be appropriate; (6) Accept network circuit from Customer's Designated Carrier upon approval of Customer; and (7) Coordinate equipment (CS U, DSU, multiplexer, router, etc) installation necessary for network circuit installation. Based upon Customer's written instructions, INFLOW will monitor Customer network circuits for faults, notify Customer in the event of the detection of a fault and assist in troubleshooting fault and restoring service.
Network Circuits. The NOC will design all WAN networks and, if required, procure leased data communications circuits from the Carrier. • The NOC will act as the central point of contact between all entities using WAN circuits. • The NOC will be notified by the affected entity and/or the ISS Service Center of service affecting WAN outages. • The ISS Service Center (000-000-0000 or 6-2929) and the NOC will be responsiblefor coordinating successful repair of WAN circuits. • The NOC will be responsible for ordering the disconnection and termination of leased data circuits upon notification by the customer. • Critical LANs and/or WANs may be designed with duplicate, automatic, redundant circuits and Orange County, Florida, Information Technology Standards electronics to provide automatic recovery of data communications. • Circuits leased by any entity (other than the County) will be managed by that entity’s technical staff. • A Remote Site is available for recovery of certain critical applications and County networks in the event of a formally declared disaster. This site is located in Tallahassee at the Northwest Regional Data Center. (NWRDC). The NWRDC is permanently connected to the County networks, and is available and operational 24 x 7 x 365.

Related to Network Circuits

  • Network Upgrades The Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Network Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the Transmission Owner and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Network Upgrades that are located on land owned by the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Transmission Owner elects to pay for Network Upgrades, the actual cost of the Network Upgrades, including overheads, shall be borne initially by the Interconnection Customer.

  • Interface A defined set of transmission facilities that separate Load Zones and that separate the NYCA from adjacent Control Areas. Investor-Owned Transmission Owners. A Transmission Owner that is owned by private investors. At the present time these include: Central Xxxxxx Gas & Electric Corporation, Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., New York State Electric & Gas Corporation, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., and Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Software Upgrades All Software Releases (including all Error corrections made available pursuant to this Agreement) that RSA in its sole discretion: (a) deems to be logical improvements to the Software; (b) make generally available to all licensees of the Software; and (c) does not separately price or market.

  • Switching All of the negotiated rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Section pertain to the provision of local and tandem switching.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.

  • Architecture The Private Improvements shall have architectural features, detailing, and design elements in accordance with the Project Schematic Drawings. All accessory screening walls or fences, if necessary, shall use similar primary material, color, and detailing as on the Private Improvements.

  • Interoperability To the extent required by applicable law, Cisco shall provide You with the interface information needed to achieve interoperability between the Software and another independently created program. Cisco will provide this interface information at Your written request after you pay Cisco’s licensing fees (if any). You will keep this information in strict confidence and strictly follow any applicable terms and conditions upon which Cisco makes such information available.

  • Local Switching 4.1.1 BellSouth shall provide non-discriminatory access to local circuit switching capability, and local tandem switching capability, on an unbundled basis, except as set forth below in Section 4.1.
