Network Hardware Repair. Motorola provides a hardware repair service for all of the Motorola and select third-party infrastructure equipment supplied by Motorola. The Motorola authorized Repair Depot manages and performs the repair of Motorola supplied equipment as well as coordinating the equipment repair logistics process. Appendix C contains the SOW for Network Hardware Repair. Network Hardware Repair with Advanced Replacement is a purchasable option under which Motorola will provide Customer with an advanced replacement unit(s) or Field Replacement Units (FRU’s) as they are available in exchange for Customer’s malfunctioning equipment. Malfunctioning equipment will be evaluated and repaired by the infrastructure repair depot and returned to depot’s FRU inventory upon completion of repair. Customers who prefer to maintain their existing FRU inventory have an option to request a “Loaner” FRU while their unit is being repaired. If purchased, an appendix with the Network Hardware Repair with Advanced Replacement SOW will be included at the end of this document.

Network Hardware Repair. The Contractor shall manage all logistics of equipment repair (including providing Return Material Authorization (RMA) and the return of repaired equipment), repair or replace equipment, and coordinate the repair of third-party solution components. Contractor shall exchange any malfunctioning components and equipment with advanced replacement units and ensure that all critical system components are available locally.

  • Installation Services 3.1 The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Repair Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, to the extent required by Applicable Law, Interconnection provided by a Party shall be equal in quality to that provided by such Party to itself, any subsidiary, affiliates or third party. If either Party is unable to fulfill its obligations under this Section 14.2, it shall notify the other Party of its inability to do so and will negotiate alternative intervals in good faith.   • Hardware and Software Requirements In order to access and retain Disclosures electronically, you must satisfy the following computer hardware and software requirements: access to the Internet; an email account and related software capable of receiving email through the Internet; a web browser which is SSL-compliant and supports secure sessions, and hardware capable of running this software.

  • Customer Equipment Customer represents and warrants that it owns or has the legal right and authority, and will continue to own or maintain the legal right and authority during the term of this Agreement, to place and use the Customer Equipment as contemplated by this Agreement.   • Equipment and Software Requirements In order to view and retain electronic communications that we make available to you, you must have: • A PC or other device with an Internet browser that has “cookies” enabled and supports 128 bit encryption • An Internet connection • An email address • A PDF viewer (such as Adobe Reader) • A printer or computer with sufficient electronic storage space All communications shall be delivered to the last address we have on file for you. These notices will be sent through electronic delivery (email) and will be considered delivered the same day as sent. If you have opted out of electronic delivery, communications sent to you through the United States Postal Service are considered delivered 5 business days after the postmark date. It is your responsibility to notify the Custodian of any email address change or residential address change. We will not be held liable for any losses or damages if you have not provided Custodian with the most current address information.   • Equipment and Software To use the Mobile Remote Deposit Services, you must obtain and maintain at your expense, compatible equipment and software that we may specify from time to time.

  • STANDARD EQUIPMENT All items of standard equipment which are provided by the OEM shall be furnished unless such items are expressly deleted by the Authorized User or are specified to be other than standard in the Mini-Bid. When Optional equipment is specified, all components listed in the OEM’s data book as being included with the Option shall be furnished.

  • Installation Where installation is required, Contractor shall be responsible for placing and installing the product in the required locations at no additional charge, unless otherwise designated on the Contract or purchase order. Contractor’s authorized product and price list shall clearly and separately identify any additional installation charges. All materials used in the installation shall be of good quality and shall be free of defects that would diminish the appearance of the product or render it structurally or operationally unsound. Installation includes the furnishing of any equipment, rigging, and materials required to install or replace the product in the proper location. Contractor shall protect the site from damage and shall repair damages or injury caused during installation by Contractor or its employees or agents. If any alteration, dismantling, excavation, etc., is required to achieve installation, the Contractor shall promptly restore the structure or site to its original condition. Contractor shall perform installation work so as to cause the least inconvenience and interference with Customers and with proper consideration of others on site. Upon completion of the installation, the location and surrounding area of work shall be left clean and in a neat and unobstructed condition, with everything in satisfactory repair and order.

  • Work Loads If an employee believes the amount of work he or she is required to perform is excessive over what is required from the rest of the staff and it will result in an occupational accident or occupational injury to him or her, the question shall be referred to Section 17 of this Agreement.
