New Agreement Training. The Parties will provide two identical one-hour briefings to explain the new contract to all supervisors and bargaining unit employees who wish to attend. The briefings will be held during regular duty time, within thirty (30) days of the implementation date of this Agreement. It is agreed that all bargaining unit employees and supervisors will be encouraged to attend.

Parties will conduct Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or other media briefings and enable recordings for employees who miss the initial briefing. The Parties will attempt to conduct briefings during regular duty time within thirty (30) calendar days of the implementation date. Parties agree to encourage unit employees and supervisors to attend briefings. Parties can discuss further briefing and training opportunities between supervisors, management officials, and bargaining unit employees as appropriate.

  • Master Agreement Training A. The Employer and the Union agree that training for managers, supervisors and union stewards responsible for the day-to-day administration of this Agreement is important. The Union will provide training to current union stewards, and the Employer will provide training to managers and supervisors on this Agreement.

  • New Agreement Provided that, in accordance with Section 1(b) hereof, the Executive has timely notified the CEO of the Executive’s desire to extend the Executive’s employment, the Company will consider whether to offer the Executive an extension under this Agreement or a new Employment Agreement. If the Company decides in its sole and absolute discretion to offer the Executive an extension or a new Employment Agreement, the Company will notify the Executive accordingly (an "Extension Notice") not less than one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the expiration of the Term of Employment. If the Company timely provides an Extension Notice and the Executive and the Company enter into such extension (or a new Employment Agreement), the Initial Term hereof will be extended by such additional period of time set forth in the Extension Notice (each an "Extension"). If the Company timely provides an Extension Notice and offers the Executive an extension or a new Employment Agreement providing at least comparable terms to the Executive’s then current Employment Agreement but the Executive does not agree to enter into such extension or new Employment Agreement, such action shall be deemed to result in Executive’s Voluntary Termination as of the Term of Employment end date unless the Company determines otherwise in its sole and absolute discretion.

  • Cooperative Agreement The provisions and pricing of this Contract will be extended to other California local or state governmental entities. Governmental entities wishing to use this Contract will be responsible for issuing their own purchase documents/price agreements, providing for their own acceptance, and making any subsequent payments. Contractor shall be required to include in any Contract entered into with another agency or entity that is entered into as an extension of this Contract a Contract clause that will hold harmless the County of Orange from all claims, demands, actions or causes of actions of every kind resulting directly or indirectly, arising out of, or in any way connected with the use of this contract. Failure to do so will be considered a material breach of this Contract and grounds for immediate Contract termination. The cooperative entities are responsible for obtaining all certificates of insurance and bonds required. The Contractor is responsible for providing each cooperative entity a copy of the Contract upon request by the cooperative entity. The County of Orange makes no guarantee of usage by other users of this Contract. The Contractor shall be required to maintain a list of the cooperative entities using this Contract. The list shall report dollar volumes spent annually and shall be provided on an annual basis to the County, at the County’s request.

  • Arrangement Agreement This Plan of Arrangement is made pursuant to, and is subject to the provisions of, the Arrangement Agreement, except in respect of the sequence of the steps comprising the Arrangement, which shall occur in the order set forth herein.

  • Client Agreement 2.1. The Company may unilaterally change any terms of this Client Agreement for any of the following reasons:

  • Deliverables for an Authorized User Agreement (Transaction Deliverables must be identified, as a measure of progress in the Authorized User Agreement.
