Common use of New Employee Data Clause in Contracts

New Employee Data. The Employer shall provide the Union Executive with the following information within five (5) calendar days of the starting date of a new employee: the employee's name, position in the organization, starting date and classification and salary level at which the employee started and the starting and termination date of a temporary employee.
