New Employee Mentor. Employees in their first three (3) years in the profession and in their first (1) year in the District shall receive a mentor for one(1) year. The mentor shall be paid a one thousand dollar stipend ($1000) for the year to mentor. Mentors shall be assigned by the building principal.
