NEW EMPLOYEE REQUIREMENT. Twelve-month employees must be employed by the District a minimum of 9 full calendar months, Eleven-month employees must be employed a minimum of 8 full calendar months, Ten-month employees must be employed by the District a minimum of 7 full calendar months during the fiscal year in order to be eligible for the next experience step on the salary schedule.
