New Employees Salary and Wages. 1. Instructors new to the LCHSTC shall be compensated in accordance with the LCHSTC Salary Guideline for initial salary only attached as Appendix A. The base salary for instructors new to the Center shall be increased by zero percent (0%) for the first year of the Agreement. For the last four (4) years of the Agreement, the increases shall be equal to the agreed upon percentage increases for existing employees.

  • Eligible Employees Regular and probationary, full time and less than full-time employees (on a pro rata basis) are eligible to participate in this program. Sec. 903 COURSES ELIGIBLE: The following criteria will be used in determining eligibility for reimbursement:

  • Overtime-Eligible Employees Employees who are covered by the overtime provisions of state and federal law.

  • Retroactive Pay for Terminated Employees An employee who has retired or severed his/her employment between the termination date of this Agreement and the effective date of the new Agreement shall receive the full retroactivity of any increase in wages, salaries or other benefits.
