New Jobs. In the event that a new job is created, or an existing job is vacated so that there are no incumbents in the job, the Director will forward a job analysis questionnaire or a job description amendment to the Human Resources Division. The Human Resources Division shall prepare a draft job description, which will be evaluated by the Committee in the same manner as previously set forth. The new job description shall be forwarded to both the Union and the Employer for comment.
