New Positions and Reclassifications. Whenever a new position is created or a current position reclassified, the Employer will inform the Union in advance of the nature of the position and the proposed salary range. In the event the Union disagrees with the range, the Union may grieve. Both parties will be guided by comparable salary ranges paid to comparable classifications.

New Positions and Reclassifications. (a) The Division shall advise the Union of the intention to establish any new position or reclassify any existing position at least two (2) weeks prior to the effective date of implementation and further advise of the proposed rate of pay, in order to permit representation to the Division by the Union.
