NEW WORKERS. At the time a new worker, subject to this Agreement, is hired, the Home shall inform said worker that the Home recognizes and is in contractual relations with the Union. Notification will be given to the xxxxxxx. All new workers shall participate in an orientation program. Fifteen minutes of this orientation program will be set aside for the purpose of introducing the new worker to his/her xxxxxxx provided that patient care is not adversely affected.
