New York State Paid Family Leave. The University shall comply with the New York State Paid Family Leave Law (“NYSPFL”). Under current NYSPFL, full-time Employees who have worked at least twenty-six (26) consecutive weeks are eligible for partial paid leave (up to ten (10) weeks in 2020 at 60% of the average weekly wage, up to the maximum benefit) to bond with their child during the first twelve months after the child’s birth, adoption or xxxxxx care placement.
