Next Level of Supervision. If the matter is not resolved to the employee’s satisfaction in Step I, the employee (and the Delegate if requested by the employee) shall present the grievance to the next level of supervision within fourteen (14) calendar days of the immediate supervisor’s decision. A Step II meeting shall be held within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the request for Step II. This individual shall respond in writing to the grievance within fourteen (14) calendar days of the meeting.
