Next Level of Supervision. If the grievance is not resolved to the Employee’s satisfaction at Step 1 above, the Employee (and the Shop Xxxxxxx or Union Representative, if requested by the Employee) shall present the grievance to the Area Supervisor (or designated representative) within ten (10) working days of the immediate supervisor’s decision. The designated representative shall reply in writing within ten (10) working days following receipt of the grievance.
