Night Pay. An employee is entitled to night pay when the employee is required to work overtime hours between 6:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M.

An employee is entitled to night pay when for regularly scheduled night work performed between the employee is required hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Employees on a flexible work schedule who voluntarily schedule to work overtime hours between after 6:00 P.M. p.m. and prior to 6:00 A.M.a.m. are not normally entitled to night pay.
