NIGHT/SUNDAY/HOLIDAY SHIFT. The contractor shall depute qualified and adequate resources in night shift/Sunday/holidays for any emergency job, which may come up at night/Sunday/holiday. The contractor shall depute minimum 1 team per phase for routine maintenance & assistance, Total 2 team at station (Phase-1 -1 team+ Phase-2--1 team) in night shift and Sunday & PH. Team consist required skilled manpower to carry out routine activity. Above is minimum manpower to assist routine activity, in case of failure or breakdown or forced outage/planned outage additional resources need to mobilize by contractor within stipulated time.

  • Holiday Falling on Saturday or Sunday For an employee whose normal workweek is from Monday to Friday and when any of the above-noted holidays falls on a Saturday and is not proclaimed as being observed on another day, the following Monday will be deemed to be the holiday. When a holiday falls on a Sunday and it is not proclaimed as being observed on another day, the following Monday (or Tuesday, where the preceding section already applies), will be deemed to be the holiday for the purpose of this agreement.
