Common use of Night Tours Clause in Contracts

Night Tours. Insofar as possible, night tours will be assigned to those people to whom they are acceptable. If it is necessary to assign to night work people to whom such work is not acceptable, such assignments will be made in inverse order of seniority among those people who are qualified for night work.
