Night Work Ordinary Hours. For the purpose of checking lighted displays, each employee within the Classification Levels 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 may be rostered for night work in lieu of day work on no more than two (2) occasions during each four (4) week work cycle. The checking of the lighted displays can only be carried out during night time and early morning and will be conducted between the hours of 5.00pm and 5.00am, subject to seasonal darkness. Time worked between these hours will be paid at the rate of 140% based on the employee’s ordinary pay rate. For the purpose of installing and checking posters, each employee within the Classification Levels 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 may be rostered for night work on no more than four (4) occasions during each four week work cycle. The installation and checking of posters has to be carried out during night time and early morning. Time worked between the hours of 5.00pm and 5.00am will be paid at the rate of 150% based on the employee’s ordinary pay rate. Working times will be arranged as to provide for a minimum ten (10) hour break between the commencing and finishing of work periods. Where more than half of a shift (ie 4 hours) is worked at a higher rate than the balance of the shift, then the whole of the shift will be paid at the higher rate.

  • Ordinary Hours 6.1.1 Ordinary hours will be 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a maximum of 7.6 ordinary paid hours a day. All ordinary hours shall be worked between the hours of 6am and 6pm.

  • Night Work Employees who work at night as part of their normal working week are entitled to receive an enhancement of time and one third for all hours worked between 8.00 pm and 6.00 am.

  • Core Hours (1) The default core hours for employees on Maxiflex schedules will be the 3 middle days of the employee’s tour of duty from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., excluding a meal break.

  • Service Hours The services shall be provided during the working hours and days as defined by the Contractor.

  • Ordinary Hours of Work The ordinary hours of work will be worked any time between 6.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Ordinary hours of work may be varied by agreement between the Employer and the majority of the employees concerned and the ETU State Secretary (via the relevant full time ETU Official) to accommodate the hours or work required for the most efficient and safe operation of the Employer and the requirements of its client. Where agreement is reached to work alternate hours, occupational health and safety principles will prevail. Proper health monitoring procedures will be introduced and suitable rosters clearly agreed prior to commencing work. Adequate supervision must always be provided. Matters on which agreement may be reached include:

  • Normal Working Hours Prevailing Wage Rate Projects: Work performed from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00

  • Hours For the purposes of an unpaid 7.5-hour shift, the deduction from pay shall equate to 9.375 hours.

  • Operating Hours Subject to Building Rules and Regulations and such security standards as Landlord may from time to time adopt, the Building shall be open to the public during the Building Operating Hours and the Premises shall be open to Tenant during hours other than Building Operating Hours.

  • Other Than Normal Working Hours Non-prevailing Wage Rate Projects: Work performed from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Monday to Friday, and any time Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. The Contractor will perform Tasks during Other Than Normal Working Hours for the Unit Price set forth in the CTC multiplied by the Adjustment Factor of: 1.

  • Extra Hours (i) (a) Any additional hours beyond base hours shall be offered in a fair and impartial manner among "A" list part-time employees in the classification and in the geographical location in which the additional hours are required. Each zone and bureau and One Yonge Street shall be considered separate geographical locations. A part-time employee who is scheduled to work additional hours beyond the base hours (under the terms of Article 7) and who does not work those hours due to sickness shall be paid for such hours under the application of the sick leave provisions under Article 13 and Clause (2405).
