Working Times. Technical Support in standard mode is operating Mon-Fri 8-16 CET excluding public holidays in Switzerland. Incidents and errors not blocking and not interrupting normal service are dealt Mon-Fri from 8.00 to 16.00 CET (excluding public holidays). In case of critical level errors reported by calling +00 00 0000000 action is taken within 30 minutes from report time, 24/7.
Working Times. Except during periods of quarterly and annual filings with Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), CFO shall spend half of his / her time in the Xi’an headquarter and half at the Company’s subsidiary in Beijing.
