RETARUS RESPONSE: Retarus’ services provide for all elements as described as that of a successful offeror’s cloud based service model, including Measured Service. Retarus provides a measured service, as defined in the NIST characteristics, as it provides a pay-per-use model. The Retarus fax solution charges based on faxes sent and received through the system. Clients benefit from this measured service as they only pay for services which are utilized. Retarus provides a web based reporting portal allowing to monitor traffic in real time, to generate reports for inbound and outbound communication and tracking of usage in real time. This allows for significant advantages in transparency, reporting, and ultimately control over the system.
