RETARUS RESPONSE: Retarus’ services provide for all elements as described as that of a successful offeror’s cloud based service model, including Resource Pooling. Processing resources and other internal controls are pooled to serve multiple consumers in a dynamic, multi-tenant model. All Retarus services are multi-tenant and Retarus provides Shared Managed Services. All data and processing is logically separated. Client data is strictly segregated according to Customer ID. Data is processed according to ISAE3402 principles and rules. At a high level, customers can leverage and decide on how data is processed (Internationally vs US specific only) via which data centers in the world to meet specific compliance requirements, but do not have knowledge or control over the exact location of provided resources.

To ensure that the NIST Essential Characteristic – Resource Pooling is satisfied, Atos abstracts the compute (CPU and memory), storage, and networking components into resource pools using Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) technologies, such as VMware’s vSphere, vSAN, and Distributed Switching. Dependent on the cloud deployment model being utilized, and the security compliancy required, Atos can provision resources from either a dedicated or shared set of pooled resources, from either within an Atos data center or a public cloud provider (e.g., AWS, vCloud Air, Numergy, etc.).

  • Characteristics The Initial Contracts have the following characteristics: (i) all the Contracts are secured by Motorcycles; (ii) no Initial Contract has a remaining maturity of more than 84 months; and (iii) the final scheduled payment on the Initial Contract with the latest maturity is due not later than February 2011. Approximately 77.29% of the Principal Balance of the Initial Contracts as of the Initial Cutoff Date is attributable to loans for purchases of new Motorcycles and approximately 22.71% is attributable to loans for purchases of used Motorcycles. No Initial Contract was originated after the Initial Cutoff Date. No Initial Contract has a Contract Rate less than 3.98%. The first scheduled payment date of the Contracts (including any Subsequent Contracts) is due no later than August 2004. Approximately 99.97% of the Principal Balance of the Initial Contracts as of the Initial Cutoff Date is attributable to loans for purchases of Motorcycles manufactured by Harley-Davidson or Buell and approximately 0.03% of the Principal Balance of the Initial Contracts as of the Initial Cutoff Date is attributable to loans to purchase Motorcycles not manufactured by Harley-Davidson or Buell.

  • Follow-up Testing An employee shall submit to unscheduled follow-up drug and/or alcohol testing if, within the previous 24-month period, the employee voluntarily disclosed drug or alcohol problems, entered into or completed a rehabilitation program for drug or alcohol abuse, failed or refused a preappointment drug test, or was disciplined for violating the provisions of this Agreement and Employer work rules. The Employer may require an employee who is subject to follow-up testing to submit to no more than six unscheduled drug or alcohol tests within any 12 month period.
