NO ABONDONMENT; SALVAGE. These shall be no abandonment of the automobile to the Insurer without the Insurer’s consent. If the Insurer exercises the option to replace the automobile or pays the actual cash value of the automobile, the salvage, if any, shall vest in the Insurer.

  • Job Abandonment A. If an employee is absent without authorized leave under the provisions of Article 17.1.D for twelve (12) or more consecutive days, the employee shall be considered to have abandoned the position and voluntarily resigned from the University.
