NO DISCRIMINATION/EMPLOYEE HARASSMENT. (a) The Employer and the Union shall not discriminate against any employee with respect to terms and conditions of employment on the grounds of race, creed, colour, age, gender, sexual orientation, marital or parental status, religion, nationality, ancestry or place of origin, union membership or activity, family relationship, place of residence, political affiliation or activity.
