No Employment or Self-Employment during Leaves. If, during any leave of absence, the employee obtains full-time employment with a different employer or engages in full- time self-employment, the employee’s employment with the Agency shall be terminated and right of rehire forfeited unless such employment or self-employment was requested in writing and approved in advance in writing by the Chief Executive Officer.
