No fixed contract period. There shall be no fixed date for termination of this employment agreement and it shall continue indefinitely until either Party gives proper notice to the other as required in this paragraph. Furthermore, Employee specifically waives any rights he or she may or may not have under state law (such as the Model Employment Termination Act or like legislation) requiring that any and all termination of employment be "for good cause". This is an "at will" employment arrangement and, as such, no cause is required by either party for termination hereof.

  • CONTRACT PERIOD “Contract Period” shall mean the period commencing the day immediately preceding a Change in Control and ending on the earlier of (i) the second anniversary of the Change in Control or (ii) the death of the Executive. For the purpose of this Agreement, a Change in Control shall be deemed to have occurred at the date specified in the definition of Change-in-Control.
