No Merging of Units. It is understood, however, that even though an employee may transfer to a facility covered by a different collective bargaining Agreement, nothing in this section shall be construed as merging in any way the different bargaining units currently representing Champion employees. The Union agrees to never introduce this section into any NLRB proceedings concerning any unit determination or unit clarification in any form whatsoever.
