No Offer of Employment. Nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, shall confer upon any employee of Sellers engaged in the Business, or any representative of any such employee, any rights or remedies, including any right to employment or continued employment for any period, of any nature whatsoever, whether as third-party beneficiary or otherwise, it being understood and agreed that any such employment shall, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, be employment at will.
No Offer of Employment. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes an offer of employment or business relationship with LG Electronics. Any such relationship requires a separate written agreement.
No Offer of Employment. Employee understands and agrees that nothing in this Agreement is intended to create or imply an employment contract or guarantee of employment or continued employment with the Company and that Employee’s employment with the Company remains “at-will”, meaning that Employee is free to terminate Employee’s employment at any time and for any reason and that the Company has this same right, in each case subject to the terms of the Employment Agreement.
No Offer of Employment. This Agreement does not constitute any offer of employment to Participant for any period of time.
No Offer of Employment. Nothing herein shall be construed as constituting an employment agreement or an undertaking by Her Campus or any Client to retain Influencer’s services for any stated period of time. Influencer understands and acknowledges that he or she will not receive, nor will he or she be entitled to, any form of compensation from Her Campus whatsoever in connection with Influencer’s contribution(s) to Her Campus.
