NO OTHER COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS. Each Local Union hereby agrees that so long as this Agreement is in effect, they will not enter into any other Agreement with an Employer at variance with this Agreement. This shall not preclude project labor agreements negotiated with building trade councils. If local unions do enter into an Agreement with an employer at variance with the Agreement, the “Favored Nations” policy can be automatically triggered in that local’s jurisdiction by contractors wishing to have said agreement.
