No Other Fees. Except as provided in Clause 13.1, or as expressly provided elsewhere in this Agreement, neither the Issuer nor the Manager has any liability in respect of any fees or expenses of any Agent in connection with this Agreement.
No Other Fees in connection with the issue and sale of the Units pursuant to the Offering to Subscribers outside of the United States, the Issuer may pay or issue either or both of a cash commission and/or securities pursuant to and in accordance with the policies of the Exchange and applicable corporate and securities laws;
No Other Fees. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, Manager shall not be entitled to any leasing commission, construction management fee or other form of compensation, other than the Management Fee and Payroll Handing Fee, by reason of the leasing, supervisory or other services performed by Manager under this Agreement.
No Other Fees. Except for the fees set forth in this Section 11 and the Transaction Expenses set forth in Section 14.1 below, the Parties agree that the Obligors shall not be obligated to pay any fees or other amounts to the Lender, any member of the Syndicate or any of their respective Affiliates.

Except as expressly provided in Section 2.10(a), no fees of any kind will be paid by Borrower to Lender or any of Lender's Affiliates, pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise, as a result of the financial accommodations provided by Lender under this Agreement or any other Loan Document, including any unused commitment fees, closing fees, funding fees, monitoring fees, documentation fees or other fees.
No Other Fees. Except as otherwise provided in the Intellectual Property Cross License or the License Agreement, and other than the specific fees listed in Section 2.5, Section 2.6, Section 2.8, Section 4.4 (e), Section 8.1, Section 9.2, Section 12.2 or Article 7 or any indemnification obligations in Article 5, Bayer shall not be obligated to pay any other fees of any type (including royalty, milestone, maintenance or sublicense fees) to Maxygen, Holdings or their Affiliates for its use, license, sublicense or any other commercial exploitation of the Acquired Assets or Retained Intellectual Property to be licensed or sublicensed under the Intellectual Property Cross License or the Intellectual Property licensed under the License Agreement. Except as otherwise provided in the Intellectual Property Cross License and other than the specific fees listed in Section 2.5, Section 2.8, Section 4.4 (e), Section 12.2 or Article 7 or any indemnification obligations in Article 5, neither Maxygen nor Holdings shall be obligated to pay any other fees of any type (including royalty, milestone, maintenance or sublicense fees) to Bayer or its Affiliates for Maxygen’s or Holdings’ use, license, sublicense or any other commercial exploitation of the Acquired Intellectual Property to be licensed or sublicensed under the Intellectual Property Cross License.
No Other Fees. Except as specifically provided in this Agreement or any exhibit or amendment hereto, there are no other fees or costs to be paid by NHL under this Agreement for the provision of the Services.
No Other Fees initial. Full service, just like a traditional Realtor help from start to finish regardless of how many offers seller has.
No Other Fees. Except as otherwise disclosed to CMR in writing, prior to the funding of any transaction by CMR, CMCS shall not receive any direct or indirect payment or consideration from any third-party with respect to the transaction, including, but in no way limited to, payments involving escrow, appraisal or sale.
No Other Fees. Manager acknowledges and agrees that it shall not be entitled to any fees or commissions for the performance of its duties and obligations under this Agreement except for the Management Fee, and the Leasing Commissions.
