No Other Payment Due. ExpressJet provides the consideration stated above in full satisfaction of and in lieu of any salary, bonuses, commissions, stock options, or other remuneration or benefits due or claimed to be due to Employee from the Company, Holdings, or their subsidiaries or affiliates. Employee understands and agrees that, except for any vested benefits Employee may have in ExpressJet’s 401(k) Savings Plan pursuant to the terms of that plan and in accordance with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (“ERISA”), Employee will not be entitled to any other compensation than what is set forth above.

No Other Payment Due. Aside from the Separation Benefits, you acknowledge that you have been paid all wages or other compensation, including, but not limited to accrued, unused vacation benefits, incentives, bonuses, or commissions that you have earned or become entitled to during your employment with the Company through the date you execute this Agreement. You agree that you do not have knowledge of any potential or actual dispute with the Company about any unpaid wages or compensation which you believe you are entitled to but have not been paid as of the date you execute this Agreement. You understand and acknowledge that you shall not be entitled to any payments or benefits from the Company other than those expressly set forth in Section 3.
No Other Payment Due. Managing Director acknowledges and agrees that as of the Amendment Effective Date, Managing Director had been fully paid all compensation due him under the Original Agreement, including under Section 4.3, except for (a) wages accrued but unpaid since the last pay period, (b) commission on the Italian program as of March 31, 2007, in the aggregate amount of $5,010.00 which is to be shared among all four managing directors as they shall agree among themselves, (c) unpaid expense reimbursement in accordance with LCC policies, and (d) amounts accrued since April 1, 2007, pursuant to Section 2 of this Amendment and Managing Director hereby releases all claims (a) for any other compensation based upon past services to the Company and LCC, including under the Original Agreement and (b) arising from the sale his ownership interest in the Company to LCC.
No Other Payment Due. Except as specifically provided in this Agreement, Plaintiffs agree that they are not entitled to any other payments for salary, benefits, wages, bonuses, allowances, compensatory time, severance pay, notice pay, vacations or holidays, accrued leave, paid leave, or any other form or kind of payment or compensation from TIAA Bank for any work they performed for TIAA Bank, including its officers, directors, trustees, agents, employees, attorneys, insurers, representatives, predecessors, successors, and assigns, both individually and in their official capacities, to the date the Parties execute this Agreement.
