No Returns. Neither Partner nor any of Partner’s End Users may return Products to Dell, except as expressly permitted under this Agreement or otherwise agreed in writing by Dell.
No Returns. Eligible Product licenses sold in relation to the Program are not returnable or exchangeable.
No Returns. UT will not accept the return of any UT Product, unless agreed in writing by UT, except if returned pursuant to a recall under Section 9.4 above.

Distributor shall not have the right to return any Product to Company, except in the case of a defect notified by Distributor in accordance with Section 2.5. In the event that Company receives any returned Product from a third party, Company shall notify Distributor of such returned Product and destroy such Product at Distributor’s sole expense, unless such returns relate to a Company initiated or governmental authority recall not caused by Distributor’s negligence or breach of this Agreement, in which case Company shall accept the return of such Products at Company’s sole cost and expense.
No Returns. All purchased Products shall be deemed accepted once provided to the carrier for shipment. Products do not carry any right of return. Customer may request a return within 30 days of shipment, which may be approved by Calix in its sole discretion. Any approved returns must be received by Calix unopened in original packaging and in original condition within 30 days of approval. Product returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which Calix may deduct from amounts credited as a result of the return. Customer is responsible for return shipping and will not be entitled to freight credit on the original shipment.
No Returns. Bundle Redistributor may not return, swap or cancel any Software order after it is accepted by FMI. Bundle Redistributor may only return defective media or documentation, subject to FMI’s standard RMA process and terms, and only for replacement.
No Returns. Due to the customized nature of our shade structures, we do not accept returns. Once the order has been delivered and installed, it is considered a final sale. We encourage customers to thoroughly assess their requirements and specifications before ordering.
